Android Mobile Connect to Facebook Problem
Some guys may have met these problems. Like connect to Facebook and lose the progress of the game. If you are one of them, you can go on to refer to this blog.
1. Update both apps.
When you met this problem, check whether there is a new version of Facebook and the app you download. If theres a newer version of the Facebook app you dont have yet, itll be listed there for you to download. Meanwhile, you need to update the app that you want to connect to Facebook.2. Check login.
To connect the game to your Facebook account, you must belogged into your Facebook account on your device, and you must allow the game to access your account. To do this, open Settings on your device, tap “Facebook”, and make sure you are logged into your Facebook account under this menu. Also, make sure that the switch next to The app you downloaded is
in the “on” position under "Allow these apps to use your account." That should do it! .
3. Re-install and clear cache.
If you still can’t connect to Facebook. Re-install both apps and see if everything solved. If not, clear cache of both apps.
