?REQUIREMENTS? This theme is NOT for launchers, it is for rooted devices running a custom ROM that supports Theme Engine, such as CyanogenMod, AOKP, PA, etc (more listed below)

To apply theme: Install theme, goto System Settings > Themes > Select Ultimate L > Apply
